It all starts with me, our founder and sommelier and I saw a disconnect between quality wine, sustainable practices, and the new gen of wine drinkers.
I truly believe that this is a new era in the wine industry. We source grapes from sustainable farms and we serve wines in cans and boxes to reduce the environmental impact of glass bottles. Truthfully, wine does not need to be in a glass bottle, like it can be in a can or in a box or in a pouch and it’s still just as good, and I really believe that. I am passionate about good wine, regardless of the vessel that it's delivered to you in.
In addition to the importance of sustainability in wine, I really want to reduce the "snobby" stigma for wine, because I am making making REALLY f%#*king good wine accessible to younger drinkers. It's such an unusual concept but so many people feel like you need a PhD in order to access and enjoy wine or that it’s not for them. I think historically, the wine industry, particularly in the US, has spoken to a much older, more elite audience or it’s like,' your mom’s chardonnay, but that's just not how it is anymore. Approach it, get comfy, because it IS for you & it's really freaking fun!
